We may also process basic technical and analytics information where permitted by law and your cookie choices.

How we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange production and delivery, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, improve this website and meet legal obligations. We may share the details needed to fulfil your order with our production partners, freight forwarders and payment providers.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies in three ways:

• Necessary cookies keep your cart, login, checkout and language choice working. Stripe and PayPal also set cookies during payment to process transactions and prevent fraud. These are always on.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are visited and how orders and quote requests are completed. Microsoft Clarity records anonymised page interactions, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can find and fix problems. Clarity masks text you type into forms.
• Your choice: a cookie notice lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. If you reject them, or if you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland and have not accepted, Google Analytics runs without analytics cookies and Clarity does not load. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

Payments

Invoices and payments are handled by WHITEBOARDB2B LLC through the payment providers shown at checkout, such as Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) and PayPal, or by bank transfer for quoted orders. We do not store your full card number.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including record-keeping required by law.

Your rights

Service providers

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email delivery service, Google (Analytics and Search Console), Microsoft (Clarity and Bing Webmaster Tools), Stripe, PayPal, production partners and freight carriers. Each receives only what it needs for its service.

We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our production partners, carriers and service providers operate.

Children

This website is for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
