About these terms

This website is operated by WHITEBOARDB2B LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Whiteboard B2B”, “we”). These terms apply to your use of whiteboardb2b.com and to quotes and orders arranged through it. Contact: hello@whiteboardb2b.com.

Online orders

Standard products that show a price and an Add to cart button can be ordered online from 25 pieces per size (50 pieces for sizes over 40 cm / 16″). Selected boards and markers can also be bought from 1 piece on our Buy from 1 Piece page, with flat US$9 shipping to US addresses. Your order is formed when checkout is completed and payment is approved. For delivery addresses in the contiguous United States, sea freight is calculated at checkout on a DDP basis (duties and taxes included) and paid together with the products. Other destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military (APO/FPO) and PO Box addresses need a freight quote before payment. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund the payment.

Quotes

Large, mixed and custom orders can be quoted first. Sending a quote request does not create an order or commit you to pay. A quote sets out the products, quantities, specifications, product pricing, freight options, delivery terms, lead time and how long the quote is valid. An order is formed only when you accept a quote in writing and we confirm it, usually by issuing an invoice.

Minimum quantities

Standard products start at 25 individual pieces per size (50 pieces for sizes over 40 cm / 16″); larger and stand-mounted sizes are quoted. Selected boards and markers on our Buy from 1 Piece page can be ordered from 1 piece. Custom sizes, logos and packaging start from 100–300 pieces depending on the product. The minimum that applies to your order is stated in your quote.

Prices, freight and duties

Prices shown on this website are per piece and cover products only; freight is added at checkout or in your quote. Prices for quoted orders are those confirmed in your quote. For online orders to the contiguous United States, the sea freight charged at checkout includes import duties and taxes (DDP). For quoted orders, freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and destination charges are included only if your quote says so. Responsibility for these costs follows the delivery terms agreed in your quote.

Payment

Payments are received by WHITEBOARDB2B LLC. Online orders are paid at checkout through the payment provider shown there. For quoted orders, the payment methods and schedule, including any deposit, are stated on your quote and invoice. Production starts after the agreed payment is received.

Custom work

Selected boards and markers can be bought from 1 piece on our Buy from 1 Piece page. Other standard products start at 25 pieces per size. For custom orders, you confirm the final specification and artwork before production, and you confirm that you have the right to use any logo or design you send us.

Lead times and delivery

As a guide, standard orders ship after about 10 days of production; sea freight to the contiguous United States takes about 30–40 days (Economy Sea) or 20–25 days (Fast Sea). Custom orders follow the schedule in your quote. Lead times are estimates and depend on the product, quantity, customization and destination.

Damage and claims

Please inspect goods on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging, take clear photos of the goods, cartons and labels, and email us with your order reference as soon as possible. See our Delivery & Returns page.

Website content

We aim to keep product information accurate, but images, colours and dimensions are for guidance. The specification confirmed in your quote takes priority. Website content and images may not be copied without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you accept a quote applies to that order.
