Eligible US orders: choose a specification, confirm products and shipping, then pay securely. Eligibility depends on the specification, delivery address and freight limits. Other countries, large or overweight orders: submit an enquiry, confirm the complete product and freight quotation, then pay. Do not pay before freight is confirmed.

Yes. You can add different products to one cart or combine them in one quote request. Each specification must meet the minimum shown on its product page, and combining products can make shipping more efficient.

No. An enquiry does not create an order or take payment. We first confirm the specification, quantity, price and delivery arrangement.

Yes. Custom orders start from 100–300 individual pieces, depending on the product, and ship by sea freight worldwide. Use the Customization page to share your dimensions, surface, frame, colours, logo, packaging and destination. Feasibility, production timing and separate freight charges are confirmed in your quote.

We welcome enquiries from buyers worldwide. Freight costs and lead times depend on your country, postal code, products and quantity, and are confirmed in your quote.

We ship by sea. For the contiguous United States, freight is DDP (duties and taxes included) and calculated at checkout: Economy Sea 30–40 days or Fast Sea 20–25 days, after about 10 days of production. Other destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military and PO Box addresses are quoted before payment.

For cross-border orders, ask us to confirm the agreed delivery terms and responsibility for duties and taxes before payment. Do not assume that import charges are included.

Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Contact us with your order number so we can review the issue. Refer to our Shipping & returns policy for the applicable terms.
