Whiteboard B2B supplies wholesale and custom orders to buyers worldwide, shipped from our supply chain in China. WHITEBOARDB2B LLC is registered in the United States; our registered address is not a warehouse or shipping point.

Lead times

Production takes about 10 days from order confirmation, then sea freight takes 30–40 days (Economy Sea) or 20–25 days (Fast Sea) to the contiguous United States. Custom orders and other destinations are scheduled in your quote. Exact timing depends on the product, quantity, customization and destination.

Pricing, freight and duties

Sea freight to the contiguous United States is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code: DDP, duties and taxes included. Production takes about 10 days; Economy Sea takes 30–40 days and Fast Sea 20–25 days. Other countries, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military (APO/FPO) and PO Box addresses need a freight quote before payment.

For bulk, custom and quoted orders, your quote lists product pricing and freight options separately. Import duties, taxes and destination charges depend on your country and the agreed delivery terms, and are confirmed before you pay.

Single-piece orders (Buy from 1 Piece)

Single-piece orders ship to US addresses for a flat US$9 per order. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 10–20 days after dispatch.

30-day returns for single-piece orders

You can return unused items from a single-piece order in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@whiteboardb2b.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Damaged or incorrect items are handled as described below.

If goods arrive damaged, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the items, cartons and shipping labels, then email hello@whiteboardb2b.com with your order reference. Please contact us before returning any item.
